Do you accept returns?

All sale items are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you purchased a regular priced item we accept returns for store credit only. You must contact us within 2 weeks of purchase.

Please email us at aloha@classicwaves.boutique with a picture of your item and receipt.

All items must be new and unused with the original receipt. Tags must still be attached to clothing and jewelry must be accompanied with their original cards. Once approved please ship back to Classic Waves Boutique or visit us at the shop. We will not be responsible for the shipping charges to return your product. You may also consider getting a tracking number and purchasing insurance for your return. We do not guarantee we will receive your package.

Can I exchange for a different size or different color?

All sale items are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.

For exchanges on regular priced items please email us at aloha@classicwaves.boutique within 2 weeks of purchase to see if we have your size and color available. Once approved please ship back to Classic Waves Boutique or visit us at the shop. We are not responsible for the shipping charges to exchange your product. See previous column. There will be a $10 shipping rate added to the exchange in order to ship your package back to you.

Store Credit

Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card and will be mailed back to you. Please allow 3-7 days for your gift card to arrive after we have received your return and processed your store credit.

Does store credit expire?

No. There are no expiration date for store credits. You can use them at any time.

Do you ship?

We currently only ship within the US.

A flat rate shipping fee of $9.65 will be charged for all orders. A fee of $1.50 will be added for each additional item to cover shipping costs.

Shipping usually takes between 3-7 days. We use USPS priority mail.

We do not ship internationally at this time.
